It has been a little over a year since FPS launched HGV+. A platform to bring all parts with HGV suitability under one umbrella, it has grown to service the market better with wider coverage and more products added to its extensive multi-branded portfolio. Currently, HGV+ has over 6,500 part numbers in range covering over 40,000 OE references and more than 29,000 HGV applications for trucks, trailers, tractors and specialist vehicles. In 2016, HGV+ introduced further new suppliers, including Juratek and Polco to the FPS portfolio.

FPS recently launched a short range of Juratek HGV brake pads and discs, covering 78% of the aftermarket demand. Available from all FPS branches the same-day, all parts are fully compliant with ECE R90 Regulation. They are also manufactured in accordance with TS16949 and come with a 1 year/unlimited mileage warranty. To aid part identification, all OE parts and competitor cross-references are catalogued on the F:Drive² and MAM Autocat.

SOLUS SUPPLIERS

The HGV+ platform has introduced 42 new references into FPS’ inventory. Year-to-date, the areas covered include belts and tensioners, filtration products and rotating electrics from Gates, Sogefi Pro and Remy, amongst others.

Gates

As a renowned OE supplier of auxiliary belt drive systems, Gates offers a comprehensive aftermarket range of belts, tensioners and kits, alongside stock profiling and marketing datasheets for popular applications.

Sogefi Pro

One of the world’s most popular replacement filter brands for HGVs, Sogefi Pro is known for its quality.

FPS now offers same-day access to a complete selection of advanced, OE quality replacement urea filters for HGV applications, including the popular part no. U102, fitting Iveco Stralis (2013>).

Remy

Remy Automotive offers a complete HD range of starter motors and alternators through FPS, covering DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes, Renault, Scania and Volvo. All units are built and fully tested to OE specifications and come with a market leading 24-month warranty.

OTHER SUPPLIERS

HGV+ also offers a range of diverse products from such suppliers as, GS Batteries, Champion wiper blades and Nissens radiators that are suitable for HGV applications.

MAINTENANCE AND ACCESSORIES

To guarantee that fleets are maintained in prime condition, a selection of maintenance products are available from a variety of suppliers, such as Lucas Oils, AdBlue and PMA aerosols. Recently, the HGV+ platform has also introduced a short range of Polco Fuel Caps to its portfolio.

The Polco range includes part no POLC12101 which fits a number of popular DAF, Mercedes, MAN and Renault applications. Details of the full range can be found alongside the rest of the HGV+ offering on the F:Drive².

FPS continues to offer a strong support base to customers through enhanced cataloguing, datasheets, bulletins, newsletters, e-flyers and brochures for key brands. The ‘HGV Search’ function on the new F:Drive² exclusively lists specialist truck and trailer parts that are not catalogued by MAM Autocat, alongside full OE cross-references that aid in finding the right part the very first time.
