Disc and Bearing update

For several years Delphi have offered a range of brake discs with integrated bearings, ABS sensor rings and fixing accessories for popular Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, Nissan, Opel/Vauxhall and Mercedes vehicles. This makes life much easier when it comes to fitting, as these critical safety components are often damaged when replacing the disc. Delphi’s brake discs with mounted wheel bearings are assembled to ensure the correct pressing in of the bearing and include both toothed and magnetic ABS sensor rings, depending on what is originally fitted. Delphi have now increased this popular range of discs with integral bearings from 18 to 50 part numbers. Important additions to the range include: BG9132RS / BG9132RSC - Renault Grand Scenic III 2009> , BG9136RS / BG9136RS - Renault Megane II 2004> and BG9137RS / BG9137RSC Renault Megane III 2008> Additionally 2 versions of each disc with bearing is now available for each application:

1.BG9021RS – BG9138RS - A plain disc including bearing, ABS ring (where appropriate), hub nuts and dust-cap

2.BG9021RSC – BG9138RSC - A coated disc including bearing, ABS ring (where appropriate), hub nuts and dust-cap. All discs are machined to exacting ECE R90 tolerances and match OE standards. This ensures our customers receive quality products with an exceptionally high standard of performance.
