Adds new Huskys to the range

HELLA GUTMANN SOLUTIONS (HGS) are offering independent workshops even more when it comes to their already comprehensive Husky range of mobile AC service stations. The garage equipment specialists provide a solution for both the R134a and R1234yf refrigerants, which are ideal for cars and commercial vehicles, along with agricultural and construction vehicles. The most recent service stations added to this range are the Husky 100 and Husky 1000, both of which have the same capabilities and specification, however the former is designed for the R134a refrigerant and the latter for the R1234yf.

Both AC service stations have an automatic or manual process with electronic scales for refrigerant and oil, a smart easy to use scale locking system for mobile applications and are compact and lightweight for ease of transportation. The Husky 100 and 1000 have a built in vehicle database with a programmable user database for special vehicles with easy data management.

The service stations are safe and reliable with a very simple procedure to service the AC unit of a vehicle. The technician firstly chooses the required function to be carried out, then selects the vehicle from within the database, connects the service hoses, opens the high pressure (HP) and low pressure (LP) valves and the unit proceeds with the task. When the process is complete, the unit makes an audible signal that informs the technician that the work is complete, after this the technician will need to close the HP and LP valves and disconnect the service hoses. The Husky 100 and 1000 service stations are fast, simple to use and a very cost effective way of servicing vehicle AC systems.
