New Technical Support Centre

Federal-Mogul Motorparts is committed to providing the highest level of technical support to their customers, therefore, they are delighted to announce their new European Technical Call Centre (ETCC) service.

From 1st July 2017 the ETCC service is available to customers in the U.K. and Ireland via the international free phone number, 00800 3333 7256. Their experts will be on hand from 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday to provide assistance and they will also offer out of hours messaging and a dedicated email address as additional contact options.

The new ETCC service is available to all of Federal-Mogul’s direct and end-user customers. Please note that telephone support via their Bradford office is replaced by the new ETCC service and that the existing telephone number will be terminated shortly. Can you please update your current records with the new contact details below in order to continue to access the technical support service.
