Specialist launches new “6-in-1 DPF solution

European Exhaust and Catalyst (EEC) launched its ‘6-in-1 DPF solution’ at Automechanika Birmingham earlier this week.

Supplied in dosing bottles, a 25 ml shot of the DPF solution treats 40 litres of fuel.

Speaking to GW during the exhibition, EEC sales and marketing manager, Ben Kendrick said: “We’re launching the 6-in-1 DPF Solution and it allows you to assist the regeneration of the DPF by keeping all of the elements upstream of the DPF carbon-free.

“Rather than six separate bottles, this product clean the injectors, fuel vaporiser, EGR valves, sensors, turbo and assist DPF regeneration.”

Other attractions to the EEC stand included a DPF diagnostic tool, which allows technicians to carry out service and maintenance functions on the DPF via the vehicle’s ECU.
