Hall of Fame Calling Lucas Oil

Lucas Oil Products is the new headline sponsor of The British Drag Racing Hall of Fame (TBDHoF).

The organisation is a charity that exists to preserve the achievements of some of the greatest legends of British Drag Racing and recognizes some of the great contributions by others who are very rarely in the spotlight.

Founded by ex-trucker Forrest Lucas and his wife Charlotte in 1989, Lucas Oil sponsors several NHRA events and many drag racers in the US, Europe and Australia. In the UK, the brand has a major presence at Santa Pod Raceway, in Northampton. It also sponsors other forms of motorsport, such as Moto-X and rallying. Many of the events are screened on its own online TV network MAVTV.

“As providers of premium automotive products such as lubricants and additives for engines, we are proud to be associated with the British Drag Racing Hall of Fame, which has grown into an organisation that honours the great champions of the sport,” says Les Downey, managing director of Lucas Oil products (UK).
