SHAFTEC LAUNCH
FPS is pleased to announce the launch of Shaftec’s remanufactured and new driveshafts and new CV joints to its portfolio.

The competitive range covers many popular applications, including:
• Driveshaft – part no. R214AR, for the Nissan Kubistar 1.2 dCi /1.5 dCi (2003>)
• CV joint – part no. CV334AN, for the Vauxhall Meriva MK I 1.4/ 1.6/ 1.7 (03-09)

CV JOINT PULLERS FROM LASER AVAILABLE
Laser’s CV joint puller (part no. 4719), will safely remove the CV joint from a vehicle without the need to first remove the driveshaft, making this common maintenance task a lot more efficient.

WELCOME TO BRAYMANN
Braymann is one of few suppliers offering a full range of caliper kits. With a total of 130 quality references available, they suit a wide range of applications. Depending on the needs of the car, kits can include caliper bolts, sliding pins, grease and rubber boots.

Top applications include:
• Caliper kit – part no. BBA2001, for the Audi A3 2.0 (04-13)
• Caliper kit – part no. BBA2065, for the Ford Fiesta 1.6 (2008>)

These parts should be replaced when changing brake pads due to wear and damage sustained during the life of the caliper. Faulty calipers can hamper braking performance and lead to unsafe driving conditions.

BLUE PRINT G-SCAN 2 NOW AVAILABLE
The G-Scan 2 unit from Blue Print is an updated version of the G-Scan 1, which is currently considered the best-selling diagnostictool available for Asian vehicles. The G-Scan 2 also features data on popular European vehicles and is the only tool to have OEM software for both Hyundai and Kia. Additional features also include a larger HD touchscreen and a 16GB memory card.

QRS V-BELTS AVAILABLE
A new product is due to be added to the QRS belting range this month. After much demand from a significant market sector, QRS has created a v-belt to cater for older vehicle repairs. The newly designed v-belts are both flexible and durable; they withstand high engine temperatures and resist wear and tear.

Top applications include the Mitsubishi Challenger 2.5 TDiC (98-09) and the Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 (93-00).

VALEO LIGHT AND RADIATOR RANGE EXTENSIONS
Over a hundred new references have been added across the entire Valeo lighting range, including 32 head lamps, 58 rear lamps, 11 fog lamps, 5 DRLs and 5 front lamps, which suit a wide range of applications. Valeo has a further 74 new lighting references under development which are due to arrive later this year. As one vehicle in two is fitted with Valeo lighting systems as original equipment, optimum performance is guaranteed.

POLCO’S NEW PRESSURE GAUGES
A range of three new pressure gauges has been added to the popular Polco offering:
• Pencil type (part no. POLC15)
• Mini dial (part no. POLC17)
• Digital (part no. POLC18)

Maintaining the correct tyre pressure reduces tyre wear and helps maintain fuel economy.

SAFETY FIRST AID RANGE EXTENSION
First aid kits, eye wash points, sterile dressings and bandages, are just some of the products added to the Safety First Aid range.

Function: Air springs have been developed to meet passenger comfort demands. They assist in preventing chassis components and adjacent parts from damage, thereby reducing the need for expensive repairs to shock absorbers and the entire suspension system.
Reasons for failure: Lack of suspension maintenance, incorrect installation and over-extension.
