FREE Tickets for British Truck Racing Championship

The weekend of April 12th & 13th saw the opening round of the British Truck Racing Championship.

As expected Stuart made his trade mark start and made haste to work up the order but unfortunately by mid race the untested truck started to develop teething problems and left Stuart finishing in fifth place.

This was to be the story of the weekend in every race apart from race four on Sunday were Stuart found himself starting on the front of the grid and managed to lead the race until in the closing laps of the race when the truck developed a brake cooling system fault, soaring the brake disc temperatures from the norm of around 400 degrees up above 1,450 degrees! However the discs & pads supplied by Juratek continued to work well, the discs were even good enough to use in the final race. Even so this relegated Stuart to a forth place finish and this was as good as it was to be.

This coming weekend sees the second round taking place in Pembrey, Carmarthanshire 17th & 18th May, where Stuart and his team are hoping for much better results.
