TTC Tubing - Product Specification Change
"Metric Air Tube (DIN Tubing) has many applications in the vehicle industry, including braking lines, chassis lubrication and fuel lines. The DIN Tubing has been affected by numerous material supply and specification changes over the years and is once again on the receiving end of upstream supply changes.
Driven predominantly by the wider European specifications, that has witnessed European Truck and Trailer Builders specify a PA12 based tubing for approvals, this has dramatically reduced the volumes of ISO specification tubing that are drawn by the aftermarket. As a result, TTC has revised the range of DIN tubing to ensure that the range continues to offer a competitive range for the aftermarket. A Cross Reference spread sheet is attached. This shows the full supersession from DIN tubing through to ISO tubing and onwards to the latest generation DIN tubing"
