Some of the most frequent questions asked:

Customer: 'I am confused, do you do stock cleanses?'
Pearl:         Yes they do! Their procedure is as follows....

  1. Send an Excel/Text file to [email protected] listing the parts you require to be cleansed and pearl do the rest.
  2. Place an order with them at 3x the stock cleanse value.
  3. A handling charge of 10% applies to all cleanse items.

*Items must be in a resaleable condition and in the current range. 

Customer: 'What are lead times on delivery from the time of placing the order?'
Pearl:         97% of Pearl orders are packed and shipped on a next day basis, the small remainder are shipped the following day on an overnight service.

Customer: 'Your availability has not been up to your usual standard...this means lost sales and gaps on our shelves'
Pearl:         Pearl acknowledge that we have had issues in this area. However, they have now introduced new procedures and increased their stock holdings. Pearl measure availability on a daily basis and are pleased to say it is               improving.
