meets rising demand for replacement turbochargers

With the number of cars with turbocharged engines predicted to rise to 80% per cent by 2015, MAHLE Aftermarket has given its newly launched range of replacement turbochargers a timely boost with the launch of 15 key applications for the UK aftermarket.

Turbo fitting kits are now available ex-stock from the company’s central UK warehouse for VAG Group models such as the Audi A3, Seat Altea and Leon and VW Golf from model year 2003, PSA products such as the Peugeot 206, 306,307, 406 and C5 from 1999, plus Vauxhall Vectra and Saab 9-3 and 9-5 from 2000 – 2005.

Fitting kits for Renault Espace and Laguna from 02 – 07 and Master, Laguna and Clio from 96, plus Fiat Bravo and Brava from 97 – 01 expand the range further. Best selling Mercedes-Benz models are covered by new fitting kits for C Class from 96 – 01 and 03 onwards. There are kits for Smart City and Crossblade models from 03, Audi A4, A6, Golf and Ibiza from 95, and Citroen C4, C5, C8, Peugoet 307, 308 and 407 from 04.

Completing the product range expansion are new MAHLE Original turbochargers for Fiat, PSA and Vauxhall cars fitted with the Z13DTJ engine, and VAG Group cars using the BJB engine from 04 – 10.

MAHLE Aftermarket has also entered the aftermarket with a range of replacement thermostats and related parts. New to this range are thermo switches covering numerous BMW cars from 1975 onwards, Mercedes cars from 76, and numerous Vauxhall from 87.
