WILL MAINTAIN GROWTH AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN 2015
United Aftermarket Network (UAN) celebrated a decade in business last year and according to joint managing director Rachael Dickinson, this will set the pattern for the buying group’s second decade in business, with yet more sales growth and increased membership.
The buying group reached the 150 membership milestone during 2014, with the company recording double digit membership growth, and UAN is now set on reaching the 175 customer mark during the early part of 2015. The company has already signed up nine new members so far this year and has continued the double figure growth into the opening months of 2015. UAN will maintain its approach of improving their service to members as well as, in some instances, rationalising their product portfolio to be more focused on customer objectives.
“2014 was a very positive and successful year for UAN” said, Rachael Dickinson. “The automotive aftermarket continues to change and develop and we will maintain our flexible approach to the market constantly looking at ways and mean of extending and improving the service to our members”.
At the beginning of 2015 UAN announced changes to their sales structure to help maintain and support the inevitable changes that any business must deal with particularly in a growth situation. The company will be looking to recruit in a number of key areas to maintain growth.
