This announcement comes as AMK brings its restructuring program to a close. Reflecting on the restructuring process, one of the most noticeable elements of this has been the closure of AMK’s distribution network and reverting back to a single site operation. It is our strong belief that the new structure is better suited to provide AMK’s customers with quality products at a competitive price and by consolidating our activities; we have achieved greater inventory control which again benefit customers by improving both availability and service levels.
