Autosupplies (Chesterfield) Limited has been awarded the accolade of UAN distributor of the year.

Autosupplies (Chesterfield) Limited has been awarded the accolade of UAN distributor of the year at the GROUPAUTO / UAN Gala Dinner and Trade Show.

The motor factor, which has a team of 85 employees, operates 40 delivery vans supplying vehicle parts and accessories to independent garages within a 40-mile radius. The head office and warehouse is located in Bolsover, Chesterfield and has been a member of the UAN group for more than 10 years.

In this time, the parts distributor has worked closely with the group and approved suppliers to ensure a vast range of products are always in stock and available for garages to purchase. This award reflects the company’s determination to meet the high demands of the automotive sector.

David Clarke, Autosupplies managing director, collected the award in front of an audience of more than 500 at the GROUPAUTO / UAN gala dinner, which took place recently in Liverpool. He said: “This is fantastic recognition for Autosupplies as we look to expand on our 25 years’ experience delivering to independent garages. We continue to invest in the business, working alongside approved suppliers and developing key partnerships to effectively service an increasingly wider area.

“We would like to thank our hardworking team who are vital to the success of the business. Remaining in the same location in Bolsover has allowed us to continue to employ local people and help the business and area thrive.”
