Commercial Spare Parts, based in Portadown, Northern Ireland, specialises in supplying replacement parts and the re-lining of brake shoes for trucks and trailers in the area.

Established some 8 years ago by Graham Sergeant, the company has grown and has recently moved into new premises, double the size of their original location.

In mid-2012 CSP established a working relationship with United Aftermarket Network (UAN) for the supply of key commercial vehicle components. Over the past 12 months UAN has seen strong growth in in the sale of replacement truck parts approaching some 10%, outstripping other areas of the automotive aftermarket.

“We have developed a very good working relationship with UAN and the they have opened many doors for us in the sourcing of new product lines.” said CSP’s Graham Sergeant. “We got on well with the UAN team from the moment we started working together. The truck and trailer market here in Northern Ireland is very competitive and so we appreciate the help and support we receive from them. UAN understand the CV replacement parts market and constantly add new products which helps us grow our market share.”

CSP is one of a burgeoning group of over 30 UAN members in the UK specialising in the supply of CV replacement parts. UAN can now claim to be the buying group with the largest number of dedicated CV factors.
