Tutorial videos will be introduced on the F:Drive

These step-by-step guides take the user through different aspects of the site, in order to ensure they get the most out of it.

In the past, tutorial videos have proved a popular feature in assisting navigation and use of the site. A development has been put in place, allowing permission based access to videos.

With 12 videos in total, users will be given an overview of the ordering process, vehicle search, feedback and many other areas of the site. The videos will be split into three sections: ‘Ordering’, ‘Applications’ and ‘Other’. They will sit on a new page which can be accessed using the ‘Videos’ tab.

This development is part of our commitment to deliver an enhanced user experience.
