Celsus Retrofit TPMS
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new retrofit TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system) supplied by Celsus.
The Paser SKt 170 plugs in behind the audio head unit and calibrates in minutes by monitoring CAN bus information over a short road test. It then continuously monitors CAN bus rolling radius data and issues warnings if problems are detected. Alerts can be activated for tyre wear and if you have exceeded the speed limit.
Vehicle manufacturer specific connections are supplied for a range of popular Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Peugeot, Skoda and VW

Thermoplastic CV boot kits
FPS provides a full range of First Line CV boot kits. In this range are 8 universal Duraboots.
Duraboots cover the CV joints on a vehicle’s driveshaft, which protects the CV joint from premature wear by keeping out unwanted contaminants such as stones, water and other road dirt, whilst maintaining mechanical integrity by keeping lubrication in.
On average, a First Line original equipment specification thermoplastic boot should last for ten years. However, this timescale can be significantly reduced due to excessive exposure to physical impact from loose road material, such as gravel, glass and accident debris which can damage this stiffer (and hence more brittle) material. First Line recommends that you should check the CV boots every 5,000-10,000 miles for excessive wear or deterioration. Any part should be replaced at the first sign of material fatigue.
You can order part numbers FCB5001 to FCB5008 from FPS for next-day delivery.
Speak to your local UAN BDM or FPS representative for further information on any of the above items.
