Since launching in December 2012, the Gates technical hotline has recently received its 4000th caller

The technical support hotline acts as a central contact point for all technical concerns including Gates fitting queries and warranty issues.
This added value service benefits factors and garages alike, by greatly enhancing Gates’ ability to communicate with all customers and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

*The hotline is available Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm, and Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
