KYB has launched its brand new coil spring catalogue for 2011. The comprehensive catalogue features an impressive 330 new to range coil spring references, plus many part numbers previously only available in the UK. This gives a complete range of 2,100 references now available to the European aftermarket.

Since launching coil springs in 2002, KYB has worked hard on its range and now has the best car parc coverage in the aftermarket. Key new applications include: Fiat Grande Punto, Ford Transit Connect, Opel Astra and Vectra with sports suspension, Peugeot 207, Seat Toledo III, VW Golf plus, VW Passat V and Volvo V50.

KYB says it is the only aftermarket supplier to offer both taper wire miniblock OE design and a constant wire alternative spring. Many other spring designs are also on offer including a large range of heavy duty applications.

The new catalogue follows a comprehensive review of the KYB range, resulting in a consolidation of part numbers. This means distributors have wider coverage with fewer part numbers to choose per application.

Coil springs are a strongly growing product range. Modern vehicles have more demands on them than ever before, requiring unusual spring designs, lower weight and higher stress, which in turn means a shorter working life.

The new coil spring catalogue is available to download as a PDF from the KYB Europe website, as well as being listed on
