Recent additions to the MAHLE Filter range

Recent additions to the MAHLE Original and Knecht Filter ranges include LX3599/LX3583/LX3603 air filters and the OX968D oil filter.

Although the OX968D oil filter fits several passenger applications, it is also fitted to the 1.2-litre engine in the Mercedes Citan LCV from June ’13.

The air filter element LX3583 fits the 2.3-litre HPI diesel Iveco Daily LCV from September ’11 and LX3603 fits the larger 3.0-litre HPI diesel version, from the same period.

In addition to the thousands of day-to-day vehicle applications catered for by the MAHLE Original and Knecht Filter brands, MAHLE’s reputation for original equipment products and market knowledge of the filtration sector is often endorsed by those more unusual applications. A perfect example comes in the fact that it also manufactures filters for tractors, and even cranes, ably demonstrated by air filter LX3599, which fits both selected Claas Lexion tractors and Liebherr LTM cranes.
