Many great things happened during September for the automotive industry – not least a very successful Automechanika – which saw the launch two huge things for TMD Friction.

Firstly the new look of the company; a new TMD Friction Nisshinbo logo to pull together the many brands which sit under the TMD umbrella. This was complemented in the UK by the release of their latest 2013 Mintex Car and Light Commercial Vehicle catalogue.

Simon Bradley, Marketing Manager comments: “As with all industry catalogues we’ve taken lots of time and effort to ensure this is the best most comprehensive catalogue yet for the Mintex brand. It includes over 850 new references over 2000 pages and is full of the very latest vehicles on the roads today. In response to feedback we’ve gone for the more traditional format for this catalogue with the front and rear brake applications reading across the page rather than below, to avoid any confusion and to make part selection quick and simple.”

Also on display in Germany were an upgraded version of the existing Brakebook and the latest VRM lookup for the UK and Ireland markets which TMD are launching very soon – watch this space!
