Monks (pictured below) has more than 30 years experience in the automotive aftermarket having worked for GKN, AMK, Federal-Mogul and TMD. In his role at UAN, he will be tasked with increasing the focus of members on retail sales and to enhance their retail trading environment.
Commenting on his new role, Monks said: "It's an exciting time to be part of the aftermarket and I am looking forward to being part of the UAN team, further enhancing its professionalism and stature in the automotive aftermarket.

Richard Wagner (pictured below) has joined UAN as product manager. In his new role at UAN, Wagner will be responsible for greater product and pricing analysis ensuring UAN members continue to benefit from the right deal with new and existing approved suppliers.
Wagner has numerous years experience in the automotive aftermarket, having enjoyed previous roles as a group buyer and area sales manager.
Wagner said: "There are opportunities for UAN motor factors that continue to offer a traditional service and value for money. My aim is to help distributors and UAN maximise their potential and benefit fully from agreements with suppliers."
