A new development has gone live,

giving F:Drive users the option to re-add items to their basket, after it has expired.

The basket expiry time has been a source of much frustration for users. In the busy environment of a motor factor, it is not always possible to complete the transaction within the allotted time. Users may be distracted by phone calls and upon their return discover the items in their basket have been lost.

This development will dramatically improve the user experience. The time-consuming task of selecting lost items will no longer be necessary. Users can simply select an option to re-add products to their basket.

As part of this development, a clock (with countdown) will appear on the top navigation bar, when a product has been added to the basket. This will show the time remaining until it expires.
