Ring was one of the first companies to pioneer the use of LED technology for garage inspection lamps. As a result Ring has become a leading brand for garage lighting with a host of innovative and award winning inspection lamps.

Once again Ring has integrated the latest lighting technology into an inspection lamp giving mechanics and technicians the best possible lighting tool.

Ring has launched the ultra-bright, magnetic and flexible LED inspection lamp, the RIL4000. What makes it different to other lamps is the use of Strip LED technology, that produces a light output that is 4 x brighter than with 21 standard LEDs.

The Strip LEDs are also designed to cast a wider light output and together with specially designed optical lens is to produce total and uniform illumination over a wide area such an engine bay or wheel arch.

The RIL4000 has a built-in high-power spot light for quick spot checks. It features a strong magnet at the base had has two integral hooks on the back for hands free working. Towards the base of the lamp is a pivot mechanism allowing the lamp to be set in multiple positions through 1800 for directing the light exactly where it needs to be.

Bhavesh Mistry – Product Manager for Ring Automotive says “the RIL4000 is way ahead of standard LED inspection lamps. The Strip LED technology provides a brighter and wider illumination that mechanics will really appreciate. No longer will they have to continually readjust the position of the lamp to direct light.”

As you would expect from a professional tool, the lamp has been designed to cope within hard working conditions and has a tough robust polycarbonate lens, ensuring long life in workshop environments.
