Ferrari awarded MAHLE with the “BEST GT Supplier Award”.

The sports car manufacturer thus recognised MAHLE for its long-standing support in the field of engines at the traditional Podio Ferrari event. Pivotal to the award were the criteria technology, competitiveness, and innovation.

Fred Türk, Vice President MAHLE Motorsport, accepted the award for the automotive supplier at the event. “Our suppliers and partners are essential to the results Ferrari achieves on the race tracks and roads around the world”, commented Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo during the event. “We ask everyone to uphold their innovative spirit and provide outstanding quality. Ferrari produces unique products and must be able to rely on partners who are forward-looking and know what it means to be creative and original.”

According to the company, Ferrari organises the Podio Ferrari event in order to honour its suppliers and strategic partners for outstanding achievements in the past 12 months. All partners and suppliers of the “prancing horse” are ultimately among the top companies in their respective industry.
