Autosupplies and Butlers sales incentives

Five lucky sales staff from Autosupplies Chesterfield were given an early Christmas present from Ring when they achieved record sales on their workshop equipment and vehicle lighting.

As a loyal Ring customer wanting to grow their business the Autosupplies sales team was given a target of selling £5000 of Ring workshop equipment and vehicle lighting over a period of four weeks from November to December. Their incentive was an offer of vouchers for the top three telesales staff and a prize for the top counter staff sales person.

They more than met their target, which meant that the top sales people for that period were rewarded with £230 of Love2Shop vouchers.

The incentive was set up by Ring Key Account Manager, Jason Smith with the staff who excelled in selling Ring products being:

Ian Pinnack 1st Prize £75
John Barrett 2nd Prize £50
Martin Palfreyman Joint 3rd place £15
Steve Murfin Joint 3rd place £15
Mick Lofley Counter Staff Winner £75

December marked the end of what was a landmark year for Autosupplies Chesterfield, which saw the extension of their facilities at Bolsover completed and the acquisition of Butlers Automotive. As well as boosting their profits through the sale of Ring lighting and workshop equipment in December, the team also won Car Distributor of Excellence 2017 at this year’s IAAF awards.

Jason Smith, Key Account Manager Ring, said, “I was delighted to be able to reward the award-winning Autosupplies staff for their commitment to selling the Ring range in 2017. The energy, commitment and hard work shown by all of the team is phenomenal.”
