The following suppliers have notified UAN with regards to price increases: Miswa Chemicals. Prices will increase from 1 June 2008 on the following Polygard products: Antifreeze and coolant, screenwash, de-icer, brake cleaner, wash and wax, traffic film remover, exhaust putty and brake fluid. Tetrosyl have announced a price increase on spirits from May 17th and an increase on lubricants and screenwash from June 7th. Manbat have announced a price increase on all Numax batteries to take effect from 1st June. Nipparts will also increase their prices from 1st June. Apec Braking will also issue a price increase from 1 July 2008. GP Automotive has announced its Bendix prices are increasing from 9 June 2008. Federal-Mogul and Fuel Parts are increasing prices from 1 July 2008. Granville are also having to increase prices on lubricants only as from 12th May. Juratek have anounced an increase on pads from July 1st, an increase on drums from May,June and a further increase on drums from September. Pearl Automotive have announced a price realignment to commence from 1st July. Allmarque have also announced an increase in their prices as from July 1st. Bosal is increasing prices on exhaust from 21 July 2008. AB,BRT have announced a new price file as from the 1st July. MTS have also announced a price increase from the 1st June. Further increase is expected and details will follow shortly. Walkers Exhaust have also announced a new price file as from 14th July. Sovereign Rotating machines have announced a price realignment for August. Valeo are insisting on a force majeure and will be applying a price increase from July 1st.
