Our system includes all the essentials to produce legal, branded and full colour number plates. Our systems include a Printer and LG Plates – the UK’s leading number plate design software. Self-assembly units, media, components and accessories are all available at our lowest rates.
Tennants number plate systems use state of the art technology to print on film, achieving a full colour solution to meet modern number plate production requirements. Alternatively, our trade printers can also be configured to print black only onto reflective, should this be your preference.

Cut Your Costs by Printing on Film
Making number plates using film printing cuts costs, opens doors and improves ROI. Choosing to print on film also opens up the options of available substrates. The standard substrate for number plates made using film is 3mm thick ABS plastic (which is 96% recyclable) but we also offer the option of 1mm thick metal or 1mm PVC ‘flexiplate’ should that be your preference.
Full colour printing isn’t the only benefit of film over reflective printing, as the user can print registrations in any of the DVLA approved fonts in over 50 standard sizes of plate, including the full range of vehicle specific shapes. Mistakes happen and when they do, it’s best to have a wastage buffer that’s as economical as possible.
