USED 500 TIMES AN HOUR IN EUROPE

TRW Aftermarket has revealed that its recently launched ‘TRW Part Finder App’ for Europe and Asia is receiving a massive 90,000 calls every week across Europe alone, equating to 500 calls every hour; far exceeding expectation.

Allowing mobile access to TRW’s web based catalogue using the OE or TRW part number as an entry reference point, the App has proven so popular that - ahead of schedule - it is now available in two additional languages: Portuguese and Turkish in order for more customers to benefit.

TRW’s Digital Marketing Manager, Alexander Knorn, explained: “Forming part of our 2015 digital strategy, this success assures us that we are moving in the right direction by offering a multi-channel digital experiences around the TRW product portfolio.

The App perfectly complements and strengthens TRW’s existing digital portfolio which includes an integrated catalogue and free online technical resource, ‘Tech Corner, both launched on: www.trwaftermarket.com in 2014. In addition, the integration of ‘TecIdentify’, TRW’s anti-counterfeiting functionality, means users can scan TRW’s product boxes to verify authenticity.
