TTC, the UK's leading aftermarket supplier for Commercial Vehicle components, is pleased to announce an extension to its popular LuK & FAG clutch range.

The recently added range includes: eight LuK Repsets and one LuK CSC. The clutch applications cover Iveco Stralis, MAN TGX, Mercedes Actros/Axor 2, and the increasingly popular Renault Magnum/Premium 2. Also now available is the new style Renault/Volvo concentric slave cylinder.

The LuK range of HGV clutches is exceptionally popular with fleet workshops and operators who appreciate the benefits of its HD30+ friction material, lasting 30% longer than traditional linings whilst maintaining the performance and characteristics of the original equipment.

Also available in July 2013 is 15 new FAG bearings covering vehicle / Trailer manufacturers: SAF, DAF, Iveco, MAN, Renault, Volvo, Scania etc.

The FAG range continues to be a huge success with fleet operators running DAF, Volvo and Renaults due to FAG’s innovative Repair Insert Unit (RIU). The RIU is a breakthrough in economy and efficiency, avoiding the cost of a complete hub replacement. The RIU is a pre-assembled and lubricated hub repair solution to service a multitude of popular CV applications, including; DAF, SAF, Schmitz Cargobull, Renault and Volvo.

The comprehensive LuK CV clutch range is 100% new, not remanufactured or reconditioned, using the same original equipment competency, quality and materials. LuK products are surcharge free and covered by a two-year or 100,000 mile warranty.

“TTC’s partnership with the Schaeffler Group (LuK & FAG Brands) has prospered, and we now stock over 230 of LuK and FAG’s most popular part numbers, available for next day delivery from our warehouse in Crewe.”

“The LuK and FAG brands and product, combined with TTC’s service, is a winning
combination for our customers to grow sales in a competitive and quality-conscious product area,” said Lee Hewlett, Head of Purchasing & Marketing at TTC.
