LuK has announced that Truck and Trailer Components (TTC) will share distribution of its product to key customers.

LuK said the agreement was made following a review of its distribution costs, which have escalated due to the rising cost of fuel and weight of its CV products in the past few years.

As a result of the agreement the following will apply:

All UAN distributor purchasing terms will remain the same.
Distributors can order parts directly with TTC either over the phone or through the web portal.
Order cut off times for next day delivery from TTC will be 6pm over the phone and 7pm through the web portal.
Technical support is available either through TTC or LuK.

The switchover is planned to take place on 1 January 2010. TOTAL
