UAN suppliers Pearl Automotive and Sovereign are the latest suppliers to install MAM Software's Autonet electronic trading solution to power their e-commerce initiatives. Their participation takes the total number of Autonet-enabled suppliers to almost 70. Autonet B2B Seller will integrate with each supplier's existing MAM Autopart systems and allow them to trade electronically with their individual motor factor customers. Autonet B2B Seller is fully compliant with the recently announced PACT protocols and will allow communication with most systems currently used by motor factors, including MAM's own Autopart. In other MAM news, the company is running a promotion whereby if distributors buy an Autopart Workstation License then they receive a PC or Laptop free. The 'rules' for the promotion are: The customer must pay full price (£1,200) for the qualifying Autopart licence(s). They will get either a PC or laptop free, their choice. It's available to both new and existing customers. Maximum of three qualifying Autopart licences per customer. Support on the PC will be based on the normal prices. MAM will not install Autopart on the laptop and cannot offer support on it. Carriage and any applicable set up charges will be at normal rates. This MAM promotion is not available with any other promotions.
