Alison Martin and Andrew Tudor have special responsibility for product recall procedures and discussed the methods and problems involved in recalling vehicles and other related products when safety issues were involved. Their department predates but operates under the requirements of the EU Regulation 1803,2005 (aka The General Product Safety Regulations).
The ADF CV members illustrated their own procedures for product recall and were pleased to receive copies of VOSA’s ‘Guide to Recalls’ publication.
