It is with extreme sadness that Ultra-Parts Ltd must advise our UAN friends that Diane Blount (“Diddy Di”), our Company Secretary, has passed away peacefully in her sleep on 12/12/14.

As many of you will know, Diane has been with “Ultra-Parts” since 1985 and knew every aspect of the business. She was a very important member of our team and will be very sadly missed.

Aged 64 and being a “life and soul of the party” person, this news has obviously shocked us to our foundations and things will never be quite the same again.

Diane leaves two sons, Johnathan & Michael and we will support them to the best of our abilities.
