WIX FILTERS has a policy of continuous development and delivering innovation in its approach to all aspects of the product offering right through to the supply chain, for whichever country in Europe it approaches.

Three years ago WiX FILTERS took the first steps with the implementation of this strategy in the UK and we partnered European Filtration Ltd (EFL). This was an exclusive arrangement with the hope it would offer the UK customers access to an OE pedigree brand with a fully supported Sales and Marketing program to increase sales for their customers.

Over those years EFL were serving the UK market on behalf of WIX and were delivering just that. They have offered the product with a next day service and no minimum order value or quantity, which was unique for Filtration offerings at the time. They consistently offered availability of the product measuring in excess of 95% throughout most of the last three years and had a very proactive approach with their customers. A strong focus was given to the range coverage WIX has, aiming at the goal of 98% of the vehicles in the UK market. That resulted in having 200 Part Numbers added to the range every year, which is an on-going project to keep developing. Being aware of building brand awareness among your customers WIX FILTERS invested in the title sponsoring with BTCC team, which proved to be the right step in giving the brand another strong selling point.

Now they have come to the point of taking another step of getting closer to their customers – creating WIX UK. WIX believes that by investing in a well-structures UK base in Northampton, it will continue to offer the customers the highest level of customer service, on time delivery coupled with strong and consistent levels of high availability, supported wholly by the manufacture. This offers further stability and also discloses their intent to achieve their publically set goal from 3 years ago in the CAT Magazine. To be considered a top 3 Filtration brand in the eyes of their customers and also their position in the market share.

European Filtration Ltd is changing its name to WIX Filtration Ltd. They hope for a fruitful and long lasting co-operation.
